Our capacities

Statnett Transport handles the haulage of heavy loads by road, rail and sea.

The company has the market’s lightest equipment for the transportation of units weighing up to 350 tonnes on public roads and up to 500 tonnes in enclosed areas. These ships are built to load and unload at more than 50 specially adapted ports all around the coast.

For transport by rail an18 axle carriage is used that can take a maximum load of 210 tonnes, depending on the capacity of rail network used.
